HOPE collaborates with health departments in Nogales, Sierra Vista, and Pima County to integrate peer support services into healthcare and community settings.
These partnerships focus on:

- Strengthening continuity of care between hospitals, courts, and community programs
- Reducing healthcare system barriers
Pima County Substance Use Disorder Initiative
Through grant-funded collaboration with the Pima County Health Department, HOPE supports individuals experiencing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) across multiple systems of care.
The initiative includes peer support positions located within:
- Court systems
- Community-based settings
- Hospital environments
This model promotes coordinated care, retention in treatment, and stronger long-term recovery outcomes.
